I went in to have 3 teeth pulled and asked to be put to sleep. The dentist came in, didn't even ask how I was.. didn't even look me in the eye. He didn't tell me when he injected me with (whatever it is they use... he never communicated with me) and I was very confused when I started to fall asleep. ***I WOKE UP DURING SURGERY AND FELT UNIMAGINABLE PAIN.*** There was no reason for me to wake up other than they didn't properly put me under to begin with with is extremely dangerous. They put me under again and I woke up to the staff asking if I would be ready to leave in 15 minutes. They hardly gave me any pain meds (I had 3 molars pulled). The extraction site are still healing because he left LARGE, sharp fragments of tooth inside the socket (the size of a split pea)... there's no way he of accidentally left them in.... Just didn't care. A week after my surgery I posted the experience on my Facebook with the address of this OS and 3 people replied they had the SAME thing happen to them.
I would NOT recommend going here. This is a classic revolving door OS.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I had no pain during my procedure, a little soreness after which was explained to me.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. I spent about 6 hours(3and half hours before moved to another office then 40 mins before seeing. then another 35 mins before being operated). I know I was a walk-in so i expected this took longer than usual, but all other walk-ins before and after me were treated. I was pissed. This is WORSE dental appointment I have ever had.
