They didn't give me any sort of oral health techniques that I could do at home to prevent cavities. I asked for some advice, but they couldn't give me any. My teeth cleaning was very uncomfortable. I feel like a lot of the pain I experienced could have been avoided if they had been more careful. I was in a little too much pain when I left my appointment. I feel like if they had been more careful I could've avoided being in that much pain. I was able to bear it, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time.

GREAT dentist- Dr Arvilla-- and most EXCELLENT dental hygenist- can't remember name- colleen?? --and WONT call back bc the reception people, mostly coming from the office manager- are total idiots and quite rude. They all need classes in 1. listening and 2. professionalism. I was ready to ignore it when I came in bc the dentist had been so good last year, but the office manager actually picked a fight with me- instead of doing what would be the right customer service thing: diffuse the situation. She antagonized it. Boo to her and her staff!!

But, total yea to the hygenist- best cleaning ever. and knowledgeable.
