Horrible...just horrible. The staff are rude, the office is dirty and they are completely disorganized. Its true what everyone is saying about the insurance. Never go to these people.

Have I been treated so rudely!!! I think the receptionist is forcing patients to pay extra money with the old "insurance doesn't cover it" line and pocketing the cash for herself! By the looks of her she looks to be spending this extra income and super sized lunches! Are you Aware? Well you should be. The last time I went there before this horrible experience I asked them if they had any tips for keeping my teeth in great shape between visits? They told me to just take a multi! You have got to be kidding me, never again will I step foot into that pathetic hellhole they call a dentist office!

Went in for a routine cleaning, was informed of a ridiculously high deductible. i called my insurance there on the spot, the rep informed me this deductible was wrong, I attempted to inform the receptionist but she pretended to be on the phone, then refused to speak to the rep.

How is this ethical business practices?

Trying to extort money from customers won't work when they are smarter than you.. Nom Sayin?

I came in here for a simple route cleaning and the receptionist tried to rip me off by telling me I could not use my insurance deductible for a route cleaning. Well, I called the insurance company from the lobby, where they asked to speak to the receptionist. When I brought my cell phone to her, SHE PRETENDED THAT SHE WAS ON THE PHONE WITH A CUSTOMER!!!! I know this because when she had the receiver to her mouth THE PHONE RANGE!!!! But who was phone?

When I managed to speak to the Doctor in charge, this person barely spoke english. I've heard many problems have been had with this dentist. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Bitch tried to scam me. Why do I need to pay a deductible for a routine cleaning? Absurd. Then she had the nerve to get mad at me when I tried to tell her the right thing. I think she's a crackwhore who wanted my money for meth and meth accessories. Do NOT go to this dental office.

They fraudulently try to collect a deductible from you in CASH for routine visits! Beware! They should all be arrested, especially the ugly receptionists
