The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

I have gone to some really bad dentists before, and thankfully I can say that Perinton Dental Group is not in that category. The dental hygienists are friendly and gentle (important!), and the dentists are very skilled and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable trusting my dental care to everyone at this practice.
