THIS IS THE WORST OFFICE IMAGINABLE. The front desk lady, I think her name is Janet, is very rude, never smiles, and knows nothing. She is a complete ogar. Furthermore, shes nasty with her staff, who seem very unhappy to work there as well. This place is completely rushed, keeps you waiting when you have an appointments time, and obvious is about being greedy by seeing as many people as possible rather than giving patients the care they deserve. NEGATIVE STARS!

I picked this office because I assume that since they were in a upscale mall, that they would be professional and I would not have to worry about professionalism. I made an appointment for my family to go together to get checked and clean and specifically asked for all of us to be clean during that appointment time.. Once I got to the office, I was told they only do children that day but they would accommodate us. They did but it was a rushed job, I felt my teeth were not as cleaned as I thought they would have been. Upon finishing my visit I was told of several problems to be fixed.

After getting my authorization, I called to schedule an appointment for a root canal specifically. I came in for my appointment and was told my appointment wasn't for root canal but for a cavity ( in actuality lt was because I was the last patient and the doctor did not want to do another root canal that evening) . Was told that if I wanted to wait an hour they would go ahead and prepare me for. Of course I don't want to wait an hour, but I ended up waiting anyway for the cavity fill. She also mislead me to believe I can come in on that Wednesday morning and get it done instead but the front desk staff said that was not the case but I could make an appointment for the next available Wednesday.

I don't like how I was treated in the place and would not recommend anyone to go there.

I had an appointment that was made for over a month and had to wait 1.5 hours to be seen for a checkup. When I questioned the staff as to whether this was routine, I was first told that it only occurs on Saturdays, so I scheduled my next appointment for a weekday and took off work. It was worth it to me to not spend 1.5 hours sitting in a waiting room...experienced the very same wait. When I questioned the staff, they were rude and basically acted as if they were doing me a favor by giving me a comfortable place to sit. I requested the return of my dental form to assure they did not bill my insurance company and the woman claimed not to be able to access it. I walked to the back to retrieve it from the dentist. I explained to him what had occurred; he came up front and the staff completely fabricated a story about what had occurred there. Even the patients in the waiting area agreed that it was the staff and not me who was at fault. I am 51 years old, and in all my years of seeing a medical provider, I have never been treated in the rude manner that I was there. The dentist himself was very friendly and professional, and it's a shame that he will lose patients as a result of his rude staff.
