The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. The prices were fair because they accept my bcbs insurance.

They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in.

I was in excruciating pain during my entire procedure, and I asked for a local anesthetic but they just told me to deal with the pain. They had absolutely no compassion for me. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room leave something to be desired. They could use an upgrade as they are not the most comfortable. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
