I hardly felt the needle, there was no pain at all and the procedure was completed in a timely manner. By the time I got back to work the Novocaine had worn off and I could eat lunch. A great job by both Dr. Edalat and the assistant.

More than a decade, I had to attain the phase of my oral care. DR.Edalat and his expert team members directed me all the way through rough finishes and considerable pressure and anxiety. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle.

My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The office was easy enough to find. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money.

Dr. Edalat provides the best cosmetic dentistry service in the new york city. I have gotten dental implants, Teeth Whitening, Tooth Colored Fillings and Bonding from in recent past. Till now I have never faced any major issues or problems. Will recomend to everyone.
