I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. 65.00 to watch a video? what ? thats crazy . im so happy my denist office isnt with them. wow . they havent even called to see how my jaw and what not is doing after wisdom teeth removal

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. My visit was for an emergency, dentist thought I had a hole going into my sinus from a tooth extraction. The doctor said I didn't have a hole, and sent me to an Ear,Nose, and Throat Dr. That Dr. said I needed an oral surgeon. I ended up at a different oral surgeon and had surgery to close the hole. Now Dr. Andersen's office is hounding me for payment for one visit for which he didn't do anything but push me off to someone else.
