Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment?
Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, there was no annoying music
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Things must have changed. I could have better work at a clinic. I had a bridge and it kept falling out. He fixed it twice and it fell out again. The last time he acted nasty and charged me for his carless shady work. I used to like is guy...but boy I must have been mistaken. I have left him to go to someone who cares and actually does good work and guarentee's. Looks like he likes the money (although he gave me a hard time with my UFT insurance) but hates to use proper materials.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They were friendly and made me feel at home. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
