I got a device made with a payment plan.. they never called me to sya it wa sin and told me to wait till ti came in and all charges were added ot get the plan set.. I call.. they said they wouldn't do payment plans again.. I get them to understand I didn't have it.. they agree to take payments and I told them to get the total together, they gave me the amount.. then every week for weeks HARRASSED me at my place of work till I gave up eating real meals for a month to get them off my back. .never even got my device.. a year later I see them trying ot say it was last week and trying to fence my insurance for the money I already paid.. and I still dont' have the device.. it wouldn't fit now anyhow.. they dont' communicate policy plan changes.. and they do not care.. they will fleece you if you can. and if that isnt' bad enough.. I usually have ot wait over 45 min to be seen PAST my appointment time.. so done!!! Find someone who actually cares and stops changing their office hours all the time. So mad.

Dr. Shannon's staff are poor communicators. They left me a message in advance of an appointment, indicating that I needed to call to confirm and retain the appointment. After I did not make the appointment, they hit me with a $25 fee and sent me harassing notices. I would understand the fee if they hadn't clearly left a message saying that the consequence of not confirming would be a lost appointment (not a fee on top).

But that was really just the last straw. She insisted on doing a crown and fixing several cavities in one sitting; I sat with my jaw open for almost five hours and had pain for a week just in the jaw.

Then today I learned that the crown she put on was defective, and I'll have to get through the next three years with her shoddy work or put up over $1000 out of pocket to get a new one.

All in all, I urge you to find another dentist.

Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Yes, other dentists refer to him/her when they need advice

This is the second time Dr.Shannon has sent my boyfriend (her patient) out of the office with horrible results. She should not be in practice at all. She left about 1/3 of the molar missing. The tooth does not even look like a tooth any more. Her services will no long be required!!
