my temporary crown was improperly cemented and cut the inside of my mouth; the permanent crown has caused me great jaw pain, even after returning for an adjustment; the dentist talked constantly in a demeaning manner

While having a hole in my tooth after a root canal, for almost a month, I was called In by this office while working and was told that the doctor was available to see me. At which time i left work during my lunch hour from manhattan to only go and sit an hour and not be seen. The receptionist did not express any sympathy and the head Dr in charge did not care much about the complaint neverless about my person. IF YOUR CONSIDERING THIS OFFICE....... GOOD LUCK...... 1-800-DENTIST...NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!!!

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. The dentist was friendly enough. They weren't overly nice and I was frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment.
