I was in need of a root canal for my front tooth and was terrified that it would be painful, Dr. Polinsky made me feel at ease and to my surprise it did not hurt one bit. Dr. Polinsky did such great work that nobody would be able to tell I had dental work done on my front tooth. Dr. Polinsky's staff is extremely friendly and his office is well modernized. I have recommended friends and family to this office and all that have gone have had the same positive experience!

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute.

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind.
