If you want your kids teeth straight...go see Dr. Roche. I'm a physician and all I requested from an orthodontist was to take care of my childrens teeth. Straight forward, normal and clean is how I can describe the staff. It seems so little to ask of a professional...but more difficult to find than you think. Thanks for making my boys teeth straight and effortless on my part.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They didnt force treatment on my daughter when she first went at age 7. Now at 10 she has started treatment and the results are so good and so quick. Cleanest office of any doctor I have been in my life. Thanks Dr. R.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Polite, welcoming, and incredibly friendly are just some of the words I would use to describe them. Whenever I come here I always feel valued and important. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They were so kind and attentive to my daughter, she was very uncomfortable with the idea of getting braces and they were so patient and kind to her. Very nice team I'm glad she is easing into the idea much better now because of their time and concern for her feelings.
