Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away.
