They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I have found a new and wonderful dental family!

Avoid Martinez & Martinez Family Dental Care!!! They will like to your face and talk you into expensive procedures that might not be covered by insurance. They told my that they checked with my insurance company and all but $400 would be covered. I found out later that nothing was covered and so they billed me for the entire amount. How would you feel if you went to a mechanic who gave you an estimate; then when you picked up your car the bill was DOUBLE! You would think they were a bunch of crooks and you would be right. This is Martinez & Martinez Family Dental Care for you . Be warned...find another dentist in Mason Ohio!!!

The sales billing practices of this practice are terrible. They convinced me to have a $1000 procedure done by telling me that my insurance would pay $500. As it turns out, they never checked with my insurance company and the entire claim was denied. They refused to take any responsibility for giving me false information and billed me for the entire amount. Their only response was to suggest that I file an appeal with my insurance company.

This practice is either grossly incompetent or criminally fraudulent. They will lie to your face and do anything just to get your money. You should avoid this practice at all costs. There are plenty of honest practices to take your business.

Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
