I was referred to Roseway for a dental emergency. I phoned at 11am for an appointment, and was asked if I could be there at Noon. I arrived on time and was out of the office by 1:30pm, minus the tooth I'd broken so badly it could not be repaired. At all times, staff - I'd never seen so many professionals in a dentist's office before then - was courteous, attentive, highly skilled, and efficient. All equipment was state-of-the-art. And, best of all, they are very affordable, a major consideration for me as a senior on SS and Medicare. This may be related to the fact that copays must be made at the time of service - no patient billing - but they do bill insurance. I have made Roseway my dental home and have returned for further work with equally good results. I highly recommend them.

Yes, other dentists refer to him/her when they need advice

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I've had a pretty bad experience there. The prices are reasonable, and the people are mostly nice, but I've had a problem with communicating with the doctors, especially Doctor Tran. Just the other day, she put a mercury-silver amalgam filling in my mouth, when I had specifically requested composite previously. I was very upset about it. She poo-pooed my objections to mercury in my mouth and wouldn't listen about it at all.

I think that dentists -- if they must use mercury-silver fillings at all -- should at least make sure people are informed of their options.
