They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
