Dr.Jay and his staff made sure every question I had was answered. The staff is friendly,welcoming,professioanl and caring. They made the whole experience that much better. Dr. Jay explained everything that was to be done,how he would do it and what it would feel like. I was very comfortable and best of all there was NO PAIN. Before and after the procedure he asked me if I had any questions. I would absolutely refer people to Dr.Jay--he & his staff are A+
P.S. his waiting room is awsome

Dr Jay is best and I have been going to him for few years. He is very knowledgeable and explains it nicely. His dental assistants have been awesome too.
But beware of their billing department. Their business manager (Darlene) is very rude and would bill you for 6 months old visits too. Plus they don't keep records of their payments and would ask the patients to submit the proof of their payments. I have time again issues with it, so be careful of their billing department and especially her.
Bottomline, Doctor is excellent and their medical staff is awesome but be careful with their billing deparment.

i've been going to see Dr. Swartz since i was a toddler. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I thought the staff was somewhat friendly.

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one
