I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
The receptionist called my insurance company to verify my benefits and benefit amounts/types of services covered, and I was told all services would be covered with only the $100 annual deductible paid. A month later I received a $600 bill from the office, when my insurance statements indicate my responsibility is $0.00. Not impressed.

I would like to say that I like the office and staff. I feel right at home when I'm there. I love how the asst. (Denise) talks to me when I come in for my dental work. I wish she was there all the time with Dr Pasalic. The only thing I have to say bad about the office is it's EXTREMLEY HOT in there.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time.
