I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure.

We had been going to Advanced Family a number of years and have now left. There is a churn of new dentists that come through there. We were having to come back to get some fillings refilled that fell out, or to try to fix large gaps in our teeth made when the filling was put in. Should have left sooner.
They do have a clean professional office with a short wait time. The one secretary whose name I forget is the one saving grace to the place. She is very helpful and accomodating.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
