It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need
