I switched to Samuel's Dental Arts after my dentist retired and have never regretted the decision. The staff is 100% committed to the patient's comfort and dignity. They truly care about providing the best possible outcome while protecting the patient's future oral well being. From the doctors to the hygienists to the assistants to the administrative staff, they work in harmony to provide a comfortable, thorough dental care experience. I have recommended them to friends many times and will continue to do so. I give Samuel's Dental Arts in Gettysburg a five star rating!

From the time you walk in the door, until you leave it is such a pleasant experience. Dr. Samuels and Dr. Berger are very kind, compassionate and have great chairside manner. It's a great place for anyone who suffers with high dental anxiety.

They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They were so nice and gave me a huge selection of toothbrushes and toothpastes to choose from after my appointment. They really make an extra effort to make their patients feel special. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
