The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me.. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. TO TOP IT OFF THE DENTAL ASSISTANT OR HYGENTIST WAS SO MEAN AND VERY RUDE TO ME. SHE MADE ME FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE THE WHOLE TIME I WAS AT THE DENTAL OFFICE. THE ONLY THING SHE WAS CONCERNED ABOUT WAS IF I HAD DENTAL INSURANCE. SHE KEPT MAKING SMART REMARKS OUT LOUD TO ME AND IN THE HALLWAYS ABOUT ME. THEY WANTED ME TO PICK THE CHEAPEST ROUTE INSTEAD OF WHAT I WANTED TO FIX MY TEETH. SHE WAS THE OLDER WOMAN AND DOES NOT SEEM TO KNOW HOW TO TREAT PATIENTS WITH RESPECT. SHE SEEMED LIKE SHE DID NOT ENJOY HER WORK. I CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW SHE TREATED ME AS A PERSON. SHE EVEN ARGUED ABOUT WHAT MEDICATIONS I WAS ALLERGIC TO........ SHE EVEN WAS TALKING ABOUT OTHER PATIENTS IN FRONT OF ME.....SHE WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT THEM....BECAUSE THE OTHER PATIENT WAS LATE FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT. HORRIBLE PLACE!! I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT SHE SAID ABOUT ME TO THE OTHER PATIENTS...........WHAT ABOUT THE HIPPA LAWS!!!! FOR CONFIDENTIALITY OF THEIR PATIENTS???

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I had braces put on here :) and my teeth came out beautifully. :) my children will definitely be attending here :)

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable.
