they recommended unnecessary and costly procedures, our insurance changed and they insisted we verify this in the office so i had to make a trip for nothing, then when we found a new dentist, they refused to transfer my files without a transfer fee. the x-rays, BY LAW, are my property but they still refused to give them to me. they would not even transfer the files when my new dentist called them directly. there are lots of dentists in the area who treat you with respect and do not try and bleed you dry; Dr. Cohen is not one of them. Do not go to this office...
