I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

This is a great dental practice. They have state of the art equipment and are very friendly. The hygienists always have smiles on. Our children love their appointments and always look forward to seeing Dr. Pitt. They are absolutely great the the children.

Raked us over the coals! The staff is friendly, and the office is nice, but they are more interested in making money than patient care. They insisted on not doing the cleaning at my husband’s first visit & made him come back 2 weeks later. Then they have the nerve to submit full bills ($145) for EACH visit. Our dental insurance didn't even cover part of it: Loeffler-Pitt charges more than twice what others charge, just for a cleaning by a HYGIENIST.

On top of that, on the first visit, my husband asked for costing to have 3 teeth slightly filed, and while the dentist was looking at his teeth, said it would be $22 per tooth for a total of $66. On the 2nd visit when he had the filing done, the dentist suddenly decided to file 10 teeth and then billed us for $220.

This practice is way overpriced and not interested in patient care.
