I had an excellent experience at Pennsylvania Center for Dental Excellence. The customer service was outstanding, as was the patient care, which was refreshing in this day and age! The office was clean and stylish (great magazines and art work enhanced the overall ambiance-yes, this place had lovely ambiance, which is not what I usually expect when visiting a Dentist). Refreshments were offered, and everyone was friendly and kind. It reminded me of a spa in that way. Most importantly: THE APPOINTMENTS WRE ALL ON TIME!

I've always hated going to the dentist until I found Dr. Tau's office. The staff is always warm, friendly and accommodating to my needs.

Dr. Tau and his entire staff are truly the best! They always are very friendly, upbeat, professional and very personable. They always make me feel welcome and proactively try to make my visits the best they can be. I am always comfortable even when I have to go through the most intense procedures. I have had a crown, root canal, fillings and invisalign and have been very happy with all of my visits and results. I used to absolutely dread coming to the dentist but Dr. Tau and his entire staff make my visits very enjoyable. It's almost like coming to a spa with the hot face towels, massage chair and tvs! I cannot thank them enough for all they have done and full heartily recommend this office!! I am so grateful that I have found the best dentist! Especially from previously switching from dentist office to dentist office.

Love Dr. Tau and his staff. Why can't all dentists be like him? Glad I've found someone that is compassionate, really good at what he does and makes it as painless as possible.

I finally decided to get my teeth straightened and since I'm a germ phobe, finding an office with extreme cleanliness was key. Dr. Tau's office met my extreme germ phobe needs. Next was service, I'm a perfectionist and can be difficult because of such. Dr. Tau and his staff were very patient with my needs, took the time to listen and provided options that I was able to choose which was best for me weighing the pro's and con's. Ultimately, I came in with a jacked up smile and left with the a million dollar smile that is perfect for me! Highly recommend.

I was referred to Dr. Tau by a couple of family members as well as coworkers because they knew that I was not a fan of the dentist. They all praised Dr. Tau for being caring, compassionate and sympathetic to their needs. I have neglected my mouth for quite some time and finally decided to call his office and make an appointment. I had lost a crown as well as many back teeth and make a decision to get my mouth back in shape. I was greeted by Barb and then introduced to Dr. Tau who assured me that he would make sure i was comfortable. I wanted to setup a plan and move forward with whatever was needed. Dr. Tau listened to my concerns and setup a treatment sequence and gave me flexible payment options to address those issues. I never felt judged or pressured and more importantly we fixed my crown and I did not feel a thing. I am singing his praises as well as his amazing team. This is simply the best dental office in the Philadelphia area. The care, concern and compassion this office has is levels above everyone else. Dr. Tau and his team take the time to make you feel important and have lots of flexibility to make things more affordable. I have found my dentist forever.

my dental hygienist made my visit very comfortable.She was very down to earth and made sure my teeth was so clean and helped me with a new flossing method.I would definetly recommend my family and friends to Dr.Tau office,because his staff is professional and try to get you in and out in a timely matter.

I had starting going to see Dr. Tau and his team about a year and a half ago when i came across them on living social. I have been doig Invisalign for over a year and couldnt be happier with the way my teeth are coming out. I am on my second refinement because like Dr.Tau i am also a perfectionist. I go there for my cleanings and it is the best experience. They give me a parafin dip while getting it done and offer a hot towel to wipe my face after. They have the latest technology with everything and while having two cavities filled last week, I was able to watch Tv in the chair that gives you a massage as you get the work done. Best Dental Experience ever!

The Pennsylvania Center for Dental Excellenceis not your usual dentist office. From the first phone call to the filling of a cavity...to the starting of my invisalign...you will be treated with kindness and respect...despite what services you are having. Dr. Leonard Tau is one of the best dentists our family has seen and we appreciate his demeanor and professionalism and painless needles... After your first visit they do "recommend" various services based on your wants and needs; however, I have not found them to be pushy in the least. After I had an old filling removed and a new one put in Dr. Tau called me the next day to see how I was doing! The same was done for my husband after he had a crown. This is not the norm. In shopping around for dentists that fit within our insurance "in network" providers, I have found that you get what you pay for! And I don't mean to say that PCDE's services are over priced...we have found they are cheaper than another dentist we went to for over 30 years. What I'm saying is the dental groups that are "in network" may not be worth a visit when the service you receive is sub-par. Keep your well being in mind! Do yourself a favor and give Dr Tau and his wonderful team a call and see what quality dentistry is all about. Ask for the paraffin when you are there and it will seem like you are at the spa not at the dentist.
