I took my 3 year old there for her first dental appointment and I was not at all impressed. There was loud construction going on during my visit. They were cold and not at all polite. They completely scared my child and then acted like it was my fault she was scared. When they tried to treat her she refused to let them touch her and they got nasty with her. The only 2 good things about our visit was the fact that they had children's tv programs on in the waiting room and the one nice Nurse who gave me a number to a pediatric dentist that is amazing about an hour and 20 mins from where I live. That's right, I would rather travel to an office that takes up most of my day than take my child back to this place.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
