Their office was well organized and clean. The hygenists are terrific and Dr. Hertzog is quick in the procedures, sometimes almost too quick and he hasn't taken time to discuss procedures, only sharing that they are going to be done and confirming.

Definitely not, I almost choked

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

Practically Impossible
Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment?
Definitely not, and when I arrived they had forgotten that I had an appointment

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
