I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
