They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable.
