Being I live outside of Lake City, I decided to try and keep my business local. I called the office to set up an appointment for my daughters to have a check up and cleaning and was told earliest appointment would be mid May. A month wait time for check up and cleaning with insurance seems extreme, so I'll just have to find an office in Florence.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
