They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They make cheap teeth no matter what the cost. I paid over a $1000.00 and cannot wear mine long because of the pain. Stick with the plastic teeth if you must buy a pair.

Friendly, good dentist, but follow up & pain management after having several teeth extracted was lacking. There is a new girl at the Sevierville location, very young & just doesn't seem to care about taking care of the patient, returning calls as promised etc. The rest of he staff is great. I would suggest the Knoxville location & asking to be treated by Dr. Orr
