Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely! It looked brand new

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time.
