Not good! Came in for teeth cleaning. After recieving x-rays and a once over check. The tech said I had to have a deep cleaning instead of a regular cleaning and there wasn't a enough time, so instead I watched a video and sat around for 40 minutes. Then they came back and said it would cost $91.00 x 2 visits and insurance might not pay for the 2nd part. Plus I might need some work done on a back tooth. And they bill my insurance for that visit. That all good info, but I took off from work to get a basic teeth clean. Not to be up saled for additional services. I understand I should have it done, so now I have to re-shedule and take another morning off. Customer service?

I was impressed. From the soothing music to the time they spent with me. I definitely knew they took a holistic approach to their service.
