Dr. Lasell was very thoughtful and caring, he took care to make sure I was not in any pain. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They did a great job on my my teeth cleaning and fitting of my crown. They always go above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied. I have been to several different Dentist over the years, and Dr Lasell I will always recommend.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.

Not only was I not able to watch TV during my dental procedure, I couldn't even read a magazine or look out the window. I was extremely bored the entire time. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. The water they used to rinse my teeth during my cleaning was a little too cold. It was hard to sit through my entire procedure having cold water sprayed in my mouth every few minutes. My teeth cleaning was extremely rushed. My teeth were still very dirty when I left.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

No, they are almost always unavailable

No, but they said they were going to!

Their chairs are very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They are always so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I have been delighted with the level of service I always receive. I will absolutely be going back. And I have sent friends to them, too.

A little, but I wish they had explained it more thoroughly

Somewhat, they should have been more polite

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled?
Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

Yes, but very little

I was left in the appointment room by myself, but usually just while waiting for x-rays. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their office is always too cold, but they have blankets available under every exam chair. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain and make jokes to put me at ease. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
