Dr. Black has an unnecessary & forceful tone towards her customers. I have rescheduled my past appointments to get 4 fillings due to the fact that her customer before me was taking longer than expected and I was notified when I walked through the door. She has no regard for other people's time or schedule. SHE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL NOR THE
I rescheduled for the 3rd time, and as I wait for the doctor, I reminded her of the anxiety problem that I brought up at our last visits, in which nothing was mentioned to me about how to fix this solution except for taking more of my anti-anxiety medication. Due to the fact that I was nervous and had "butterflies" in stomach she harshly refused to start the procedure because if I got sick during the procedure she would not be able to continue. While trying to explain the way I was feeling, she harshly refused to do it and in fact walked away from me while I was explaining my situation and simply said "I AM NOT DOING THIS PROCEDURE WITH YOU". I told her that my new job would not continue to let me take half days for these appointments that don’t happen and her response was “that has nothing to do with me”.
I feel that I fully explained to her in prior visits the extent of my panic attacks, which were ignored. As well as gave her extra information so she knew that I had "butterflies” in my stomach due to nervousness and potentially antibiotics, not knowing at the time that this was going to lead to the argument that arose. It was her way or no way and since she left while I was trying to explain; no other options were given from Dr. Black.
The lady at the front desk was very helpful after the situation to calm me down from the unnecessary and forceful “speech” I just encountered and recommended other dentists in the area that would be more suitable for my condition.

I would like to spread the word about this awful dentist that is only worried about moving clients in & out of her facility as fast as possible in order for her to get paid. This makes it seems though her actions that she is not upholding to the "thorough", & "compromising" duties of any doctor. She should not be allowed to work directly with the clients.

My husband and I both visited in April. Dr. Black and her staff were very friendly and professional. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered - even the ones I didn't know I had! The office was very easy to locate. I will absolutely return.
