I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Definitely not, I almost choked

Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished

Not at all. They kept making excuses and didn't give it to me for weeks

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
