Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Absolutely! They wouldn't leave me alone!

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

A little. I wish they had been more gentle

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. i waited 3 hrs for them to call me to the back office and once there i waited anther 45min the doctor was very rude when talking to his staff and i was asked to lv the room when the doctor was ready to see my son whom is only 7 but ii did as they saw fit and when i had questions once he was done with my sons cleaning i was told the doctor was busy i have never been so dissapointed in a dental office

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. GHETTO and the wait is RIDICULOUS!! Chickens without a head, in there! I made an appt. for 2:00PM...I told them I needed to be out by 3:00 and they assured me I would. It as 2:20 and they were STILL at luch...why the F would you make someone an appt if you know they don't return unti 2:30pm??? HORRIBLE!!! And the young man in the suit walks right in front of your face and won't even look at you or greet you. customer service is nonexistant!!

They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Their Dentist was excellent. But I had to wait for an hour just to have myself checked. And their staff? Especially the front desk personal with braces??? My god! So UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Get her join an attitude camp for crying out loud!!! You need a better staff than her! As if we are not there kept on ignoring me and my family! Grrr...
