The cleaning and check up appointments must be made separately. I have never experienced anything like this. I had to wait forever to be seen. Appointments have to be booked several months in advance. They try to sell you things you don't need. I was told I needed a root canal. I got a second opinion and was told that it was completely unnecessary. The cleaning was extremely painful and the polishing lasted about 2 minutes total. Was this because it was covered by insurance?

I do NOT recommend this office.

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!
Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment?
Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!
Is this provider's business conveniently located?
Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need.
