They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my childs dental procedures. They're always happy to answer both her and my questions, and explain things in a way that kids will actually understand. Overall, an enjoyable experience for both of us.

Dr. Bookmeyer is wonderful. My kids love to wear the sunglasses and watch tv while they are having their teeth cleaned, they actually think that the Dentist is a fun place to go.

Dr. Bookmyer is very informative and easy to talk to. I learned a lot from her with my first born and have going to her ever since. I trust the work of her and her staff and respect their professionalism. I could not imagine being a pediatric dentist but everyone in the office remains calm and composed regardless of the situation

I took my 3 year old son for a tooth extraction, the service is okay, staff who assisted dr kelsey is very friendly. However, I did not feel valued as a patient, as we never heard or was given a follow up appointment, No follow up calls to see my son was made. When i asked the receptionist when should be our next visit, she replied, you can call when you are ready for us to see your son. We just don't feel welcome to come back. No letter was sent, nothing. Now i am very pleased with my son's dentist because they seem to care as the office always send us reminder letters for follow up appointment. dr kelsey's office makes me feel like it caters only to the upper class people.
