Upon my first visit it seemed overwhelmingly busy but as I continued to await for my name to be called I noticed that most of those people were just there waiting on a sibling or parent, so I understood why the the room was full. The staff was great and welcomed me, I do not require special attention like some people might. I did recognize that this place saw medcaid patients as well as regular private pay patients and really i couldn't tell given that the office was so well presented, I was really taken by the office presentation. I did witness how much the staff greatly encourages the children to care for their braces and recognized that some patients are there for the right reasons and some are just there for the "free" braces, The staff presents themselves pretty well given some of the people they encounter and some of the comments the parents were making towards them, I am sure this is on a daily basis! I really have to hand it to them for the services they provide without discrimination based on Insurance and what not, they do an awesome job! I have to say that upon visiting another facility due to my personal relocation the staff were on the same page and I can see why this practice has grown tremendously and I know that I WILL DEFINITELY recommend M&M Orthodontics to friends and family!! Without a doubt!!

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been to. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
