I found it to be incredibly rude. Not only did I not receive any sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home, they rushed me out the door. It seemed like they couldn't wait for me to leave. I really don't trust them to only recommend dental procedures I need. It seems like every time I'm there they recommend some ridiculously expensive procedure that I know I don't really need.

ABSOLUTELY NOT - UNSKILLED AND ONLY INTERESTED IN YOUR MONEY. I had broken a front tooth and needed either a bridge or an implant. I wanted a better smile, so after waiting for almost 20 years, being 64 and on SSD, I decided to bite the bullet and get upper front crowns and an implant. I needed, in total, 6 upper front crowns and an implant and crown lengthening. Sandra, the office manager, recommended Dr. Dat Pham. She said he did real quality work. I went to see him for a quote. Cost $9,100.00 with my dental plan. I spoke with him on three different occasions and he assured me that he could do all the work himself. I did not just jump right in. After my third visit to him, I agreed to have him do the work. He took no measurements as to how much crown lengthening needed to be done or how far to place the implant. Result - a mess. My gum line and teeth range from high in the gum to low in the gum. Again, front upper 6 teeth - cosmetic dentistry. I told him I was not happy with him and that his work was unacceptable to me - he was indignant - saying it was better than what I had before, teeth were swollen - just put the crowns in and let it heal, etc. He and the office manager just kept pushing putting in the crowns and nobody will notice. I noticed. I had told everyone in the office and business office that what Dr. Phan did was unacceptable, that he misrepresented himself to be qualified to do the necessary work. I used CareCredit and have filed a dispute to receive all my money back. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am waiting the results. I have filed with the State of Texas Dental Association and will do whatever is necessary including Channel 11, 13, 2 to get every bit of my money back. I have gone to a periodontist and his quote to "fix" what Dr. Phan did is $4,000.00. The fact that I had to go to these measures proves that the Woodlands Dental Care is not a reputable practice or they would have refunded my money without me having to go through this.

I believe that the Woodlands Dental Care is only interested in what money they can bring in and is in NO WAY a reputable or qualified place to have even your teeth cleaned.

I was new to the area and had no idea where to go for dental issues. A friend recommended Woodlands Dental Partners. The office staff is always congenial and helpful and very organized. I am always sent to an exam room within minutes of arrival. My dentist, Dr. Lopp has a great bedside manner but more importantly, is very skilled. I am totally satisfied with all aspects of my care and will continue to use Woodlands Dental Partners.

I went to this office to have two implants. They made me pay 6.700,00 $ out of pocket for both implant and 4 months in advance. They first made me an extration and 4 months later I will have my implant. One month before the surgery (implants) I called to ask a question about my insurance (I changed insuranceĀ“s company and the new one was able to pay 15% of the implant cost, so I wanted to see if I could have a 15% remburse of what I paid). No body can answer me that question I have to call 3 times, the third time was two days before the implants, and that day they told me that my doctor, Dr Atabakshsh, was no longer working in that office, so I could not have the implant with them.

So I had to ask for a full remburse to get my implant in another office.

3 weeks have been passed and I haven't gotten my refund.

No body told me that Dr Atabakshsh was leaving in advance, they told me just two days before the surgery and it was because I called. They knew several months before that Dr Atabakshsh was leaving. Why did they not call me in advance so I could have gotten my refund on time and got my implants as scheduled?

They play with your money, they make you pay for a service that you don't receive in a short time. The doctors leave the office and they donĀ“t tell you until the day of the appointment and they last a month to remburse your money.

And none of the staff there help you to fix it..

I hardly no recommend this office.
