They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

They offer a church elders' discount. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Easy parking at the door. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I will absolutely return. I was very comfortable the entire time. Dr. Bradley is the best--will fix what's wrong and not try to talk you into anything you're not wanting to do.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional.
