All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. Mica is a great hygienist! There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. I felt like they were only in it for the money. Dentist often leaves even though she has an appointment waiting - but doesn't tell the patient!

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
