Their billing staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. It is a new girl and I was trying to fix my bill. It was not billed right and she basically told me that I need to pay for my services. After I explained my isssue she called my insurance after accusing me of not wanting to pay for my services. The insurance company said they would rebill it correctly so my secondary ins. would pick up the rest leaving me $0 out of pocket. have any trouble finding it at all. Dr Johansen is great the hygenist is great billing Sucks
