They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
