They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Se\en him since I was a child and we LOVE HIM!!!!!!!!!!

I was sent an ad from Wasatch dental advertising free teeth whitening for life. I went in for a cleaning and X-rays and was told I'd have my whitening trays in a week. When I went back to pick them up (at my previously scheduled time) I was told they weren't made yet. I was then told I would be called when they were ready. A week later I called Wasatch dental to find out they were finally ready. When I went to pick them up, they gave me someone else's trays. I was told I would have to go through the impression process all over again and then they would make the trays. I think this practice is very unorganized and I doubt anyone gets their whitening trays without much trouble.
