Worst dentist I've ever visited. I moved here several years ago, and she was listed by my insurance company. She filled several cavities for me. I noticed that there was something wrong when the fillings began coming out. So, I visited another dentist a few months later, and she told me that whoever filled my cavities had done a very poor job--none of the cavities were fitted properly to my teeth and, as a result, bacteria that built up between my teeth and the filling had spread throughout my mouth causing multiple additional cavities. I had to have multiple root canals done. Filling cavities is a very basic part of what a dentist does. So, if she can't even fill a tooth properly, I'd have to question her abilities, overall, as a dentist. Don't go unless you want additional problems later down the road, which is very expensive, time-consuming, and painful.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often.

This dentist does very sloppy work.

She can’t even fill a cavity properly.

During my first surgery, she basically spread filling across my teeth like peanut butter on bread. I literally could not floss! Also there was not an assistant around to discard my blood or saliva. I had to constantly sit up and spit or else I’d choke.

Upon returning a second time, two things happened. First, I explained to her that she did not completely fill my cavity. She only filled the interior area. She tried to explain that the exterior area was plaque. But, I brought my magnified mirror to show her what I was seeing. Then she agreed to fix it. But, she wanted to sand my fillings first. Unfortunately, she sanded my fillings and my gums. Her excuse, "We've gotta do what we've gotta do." But, what professional dentist sands a person’s gums? I was profusely bleeding and in pain. I decided to check if I could floss as the dentist commented, “You’re bleeding all over yourself” with her hands crossed against her chest. I did not respond because I was in pain. “Better?” she asked with an attitude instead of assisting me in the absence of an assistant. I was in so much pain, I postponed her working on the incomplete filling.

When I arrived home, I noticed the teeth she recently filled were extremely sharp. I had to make another appointment. In between that time, my fillings were falling out in small clusters plus the floss was being torn between each tooth because she did not smooth any edges or buffer between my teeth.

Upon my third visit to resolve the initial surgery, it took her 45 minutes to see me and give me numbing medicine. When she got started, I had to beg her to smoothen the edges between my teeth, plus buffer my teeth so the floss would not tear. After she completed the filling, I noticed the exterior surface was lumpy. She had an excuse for that and offered to polish it. I thought, “Why didn’t she do that in the first place if she knew?” Then I decided to check if I could floss while I was still there. So far, I can floss. But, I do notice a sensitivity to air and liquids. So, I do not want to return a 4th time because she sucks!

She has a tendency to tell you her solution, but does not put forth her best efforts to completely do the job. I had to stay on top of this dentist for every single thing. I could tell she underestimated my knowledge of dentistry. The only reason why I didn’t go off is because I literally start to feel that she was not a good person especially if I made her angry and she had tools in my mouth. So, I chucked it out.

Anyway, all in all, I went to her because I read these reviews. But after experiencing her services first hand, all I can say is she’s a very nice unprofessional lady. Unprofessional as in not very good at her skill set at all. She is literally a law suit waiting to happen.

All i can say is, if you’re interested in fucked up chops, staying on top of your dentist’s dental work every step of the way, not having anyone to drain your saliva or blood, returning 3 and 4 times to fix simple work on the same tooth or teeth, then yea go ahead but I’m warning you that the services are crappy and don’t expect any courtesy calls.

Last but not least, I spent about 30 days away from my initial statement above. I returned to my original dentist who was just too far away. He cleaned up her dental errors. Basically, she put the filling on the nerve….so that was causing the pain, which I thought was contributed to the air and liquids. In actuality, the tooth required a root canal and crown. I did not go into details about my teeth; I simply asked my dentist to examine the situation. Based on his x-rays and analysis, the commented that was made was, “that dentist should have known better” . I would not recommend this dentist.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. Billing can take several months, but I don't know whether that may be the insurance company's fault. The Dentist and Hygienist are patient when I ask lots of questions.
