They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

I am seeking care for orthodontic and orthopedic issues. Dr. Liao has taken thorough diagnostic imaging and he has been very kind and supportive in the process of coordinating treatment

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much

i was so irritated at the whole experience. I didn't get an estimate of cost (I know, my fault) and he was WAY expensive. Holistic isn't the same as offering unsolicited suggestions--I told him I was set with other health professionals for other areas and he insisted his referrals were better. But the kicker is that the first filling hurt like hell--I called, then came in, and they said there was nothing wrong. They didn't charge me, but I had to pay someone else to take it out...and days later, they called to say they figured it out and I could come in free of charge and they'd fix it. Too late.
In all, a bad, expensive experience. Now I'm seeing a dentist covered by my insurance and am so much happier. Just goes to show that "holistic" sometimes isn't.
