I have had a lot of dental problems of all kinds and have a low threshhold of pain, which is a terrible combination! Dr. Sapperstein is very gentle and very professional. He has the latest equipment that provide the best possible care. His staff is also courteous and professional. I have never had to wait more than 5 mins past my appt time. Once, when I had a crown that needed replacement, I told him about another dentist who, for the same tooth, had done a bad crown (which fell out and I lost it) so I had to have it redone and then charged me full price for the second crown. Dr. Sapperstein charged me half price to do that crown. He is very gentle in his procedures, which, which my low threshhold of pain, I appreciate very much!

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!
